You undertake and agree not to use JuJu Suite and its Services in violation of the Terms, applicable law and regulations, and not to misuse JuJu Suite and Services. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you shall not:
Use JuJu Suite and its Services for purposes other than those explicitly identified in the Terms or specified by us in writing;
Copy, duplicate, reproduce, clone JuJu Suite or its Services, create derivative works from JuJu Suite, Services or related content;
Attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer JuJu Suite, its Services or related content;
Circumvent or by-pass any security measures, limitations, authentication or similar procedures;
Access restricted areas of JuJu Suite, restricted Services or functionality, unless we have granted you with an access thereto;
Disrupt, interfere with or inhibit other users from using JuJu Suite or Services;
Carry out activities that could disable, impair or harm the functioning of JuJu Suite;
License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit, or otherwise make JuJu Suite available to any third party except as provided in Terms or agreed by us in writing;
Use JuJu Suite or its Services for any revenue generating endeavour, commercial enterprise or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended;
Access, monitor, search or copy JuJu Suite, Services or content available through JuJu Suite for any purpose other than through means provided by us, including, inter alia, by using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process, excluding, for this purpose, crawling through the ‘robotx.txt’ file, which is hereby expressly allowed;
Send spam, unsolicited messages and communication, automated queries, altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;
"Frame", "mirror" or incorporate any part of JuJu Suite into another software, website or application without our prior written authorisation;
Remove any proprietary notices or labels from JuJu Suite, its Services or content available therethrough without our prior written consent.
